Welcome to my review of OneOpinion!
OneOpinion offers high rewards and great support. However, it has a high payment threshold and low survey frequency. It is a legitimate survey site, but whether it’s worth your time depends on your priorities.
This review will provide all the necessary information for you to decide if joining is in your best interest.

What is OneOpinion?
OneOpinion is primarily a survey site owned by Critical Mix, which is now a part of Dynata, a leading provider of first-party data. This affiliation with Dynata adds to the credibility of OneOpinion as a legitimate survey site.
When you join OneOpinion, you gain access to paid surveys, which serve as the main earning opportunity. By logging into the site or checking your email, you can find available surveys to participate in. Before taking a survey, you may need to answer pre-screening questions to determine your eligibility. If you qualify, you can proceed with the survey and earn rewards. In case you don’t qualify, you can move on to the next available survey. However, it’s unclear whether you receive any points for disqualifications, as the site doesn’t provide information on this matter.
Most surveys have a set timeframe for completion, and it’s advisable to respond promptly to survey invitations, as popular surveys may close quickly due to a high number of respondents.
In addition to paid surveys, OneOpinion also offers other activities to earn rewards, such as product testing. Details about product testing are scarce on their website, but members have reported receiving product testing opportunities after being with OneOpinion for some time. Keeping an eye on your dashboard is recommended to seize such opportunities if you have been a member for an extended period.
Earning points through surveys and potentially product testing allows you to accumulate rewards, which can be redeemed for various options. The redemption process will be discussed later in this review.

Payment Process and Earning Potential
OneOpinion operates on a points-based system for payments. Upon completing each paid survey, you will earn a specific number of points. These accumulated points can then be exchanged for rewards.
To start redeeming rewards, you need to reach a minimum of 25,000 points, which is equivalent to $25. In my opinion, this payment threshold is relatively high compared to other survey sites that offer lower thresholds for quicker payments. If you prefer faster payment options, you may want to explore other survey sites known for their prompt payouts.

Once you reach the required points, you have several options for redeeming your rewards. You can choose to exchange them for a prepaid debit card, withdraw via PayPal, or receive Amazon gift cards. If you opt for the prepaid debit card, it will be sent to you by mail, resulting in a longer wait time. On the other hand, selecting Amazon gift cards allows for a virtual version, which is delivered to you via email, offering a more convenient and faster redemption process, in my opinion.
It’s important to note that before receiving a virtual gift card, you will need to undergo a verification process, answering all questions truthfully and accurately.
When it comes to the potential earnings from OneOpinion, the amount you can make will depend on the number of survey invitations you receive and how many surveys you qualify for. Survey availability varies from day to day based on the information you provide and the needs of the clients.
There is no fixed number of surveys you can expect each day. The average rewards for each survey typically range from $1 to $5, with longer surveys offering higher rewards. However, it’s important to recognize that the availability of paid surveys fluctuates over time, making it difficult to anticipate a stable earning amount.
Membership and Customer Support
At the time of my previous review, OneOpinion allowed registrations from the US, UK, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, and Australia. However, as of now, they have restricted membership to only the US and the UK.
To join OneOpinion, you need to be at least 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you can still join with parental or guardian permission.
The registration process of OneOpinion is unique. Instead of a traditional form, you will engage in a chat-like interview with an AI chatbot. You will be asked a series of questions, and it’s important to answer them honestly. While this approach may seem fun, I found it less effective compared to a straightforward form.
Once you become a member, it’s important to stay active. OneOpinion requires you to be active within a specific time frame (90 days). If you become inactive for more than 90 days, you will receive a 30-day notice. If you fail to take action during this period by answering surveys or participating in product testing, your account will be canceled, and any remaining points will be forfeited. Therefore, if you plan on being inactive for an extended period, it’s advisable to cash out your points before that.
In terms of support, OneOpinion provides multiple ways to contact their customer support team, known as Member Care. You can interact with their chat AI for inquiries, but make sure to follow the instructions for asking questions. They also offer a comprehensive FAQ section that covers common queries. If you prefer to speak with a real person, you can call the phone number provided on their Member Care page, which is a unique feature for a survey site. While they have a Facebook page, their activity on it seems to have been inactive for several months, so it may not be the most reliable platform for support. For prompt and reliable support, I recommend using their Member Care page or giving them a call.

Pros and Cons of OneOpinion
Pros of OneOpinion, in my opinion, include the relatively high rewards and excellent support they offer. I appreciate the opportunity to earn points through paid surveys and potentially through product testing. The affiliation with Dynata, a reputable provider of first-party data, adds credibility to the platform. Additionally, the availability of different payout options, such as prepaid debit cards, PayPal, and Amazon gift cards, provides flexibility for redeeming rewards.
However, there are several cons to consider. First, the high payment threshold of $25, which requires accumulating 25,000 points, can be a drawback. Compared to other survey sites with lower thresholds, it may take longer to reach the minimum for cashing out. Additionally, the frequency of surveys can be relatively low, limiting earning opportunities. It can be frustrating to encounter pre-screening questions and not qualify for surveys, without receiving any points for the attempt.
Is OneOpinion Legit?
Well, let me tell you, based on my personal experience, it is definitely a legit option among the vast sea of survey sites. With its association with Dynata and the positive feedback from members, I can confidently say that OneOpinion is a trustworthy platform.
However, when it comes to determining whether OneOpinion is worth your time, it really depends on your priorities and preferences. For me, the high payment threshold and the relatively low survey frequency are significant drawbacks. Considering the availability of other survey sites with faster payouts and more frequent survey opportunities, I find it difficult to justify investing my time in OneOpinion.

Verdict
In conclusion, while OneOpinion offers some positive aspects such as high rewards and good support, I personally don’t believe it is a platform that is worth your time. The high payment threshold and the limited frequency of surveys make it challenging to reach the minimum cashout requirement and maximize your earnings. Considering the abundance of alternative survey sites with lower thresholds and better survey availability, I recommend exploring other options that may provide a more efficient and rewarding experience.
